The senior Management team consists of experienced hands who are building the Business for today and the next 2-3 years. Their role is to put into action all the expected deliverables for the next 1-3 years.
The EWC – Employee welfare committee works on building a sustainable and suitable work place and consists of members from all functions of the company and is a voluntary role.
Kishore is the CEO of MicroNsure, and the principal officer of the MicroNsure broking division regulated by the IRDAI. With almost 2 decades of experience in Insurance Sales and distributions,Kishore brings experience and expertise in new Business Development, market expansion, and running profitable variable models. His last assignment before joining MicroNsure was as National Head, Consumer Health Business at MediAssist.
Nagaraju is a highly motivated and determined leader with a passion for problem-solving and helping businesses grow. He has two decades of experience in technology including areas like software development, implementation, idea generation, and product delivery. Being an entrepreneur,Nagaraju has a robust understanding of technical requirements for an insurance business and its challenges. He is an expert in managing highly skilled technology specialists to program great solutions. As the Chief Technology Officer of MicroNsure,Nagaraju is responsible for building simple technology and processes to reach the masses.
An industry veteran with three decades of experience, Kamalakar is a highly motivated and visionary thought leader. With a thorough understanding of Insurance industry and a passion for building winning teams,Kamalakar has been instrumental in setting up successful insurance operations and processes in many companies. His expertise includes Sales, Marketing, building strategic alliances, relationship management, and business development. Kamalakar previously worked as the CEO of the Insurance Business at Manappuram, Managing Director and CEO of Geosansar, Director Sales & Marketing at IndiaFirst Life Insurance, at various capacities in Reliance Life Insurance, Birla Sunlife Insurance, and Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited.
